Baltic Brows Permanent Makeup Pigments

These permanent makeup pigments were created to achieve perfectly healed, crispy strokes. They are intended for use with microblading or a tattoo machine. This special formula helps achieve healed strokes that do not bleed. They are also perfect to use for ombre and powdered brows.

Each bottle contains 10ml of pigment.
